Once you have registered with cassini properties, we can keep you updated via telephone, SMS, email and post for properties that match your requirements.

Viewing properties

All viewings are by “appointment only” and can be booked by calling 0113 266 1066 or by visiting our office

Our office and phone lines are open from;

9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday
10am to 1pm on Saturdays.

We will endeavor to arrange the convenient time viewings. For flexibility, viewing times are between;

9.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday
9.00am to 4.00pm on Saturdays

If you’re without transport and are unable to make it to a property direct, then let us know when you call to arrange your viewing, and we can take you in one of the cassini cars from our North Leeds office at 3 Shadwell Lane, Leeds LS17 6DP.

Making an offer

Once you have found your ideal property, to move forward you will be required to complete an application form, provide identification and proof of current address;

A utility bill or contract mobile bill - no more than 3 months old
A valid passport or driving licence.

We would recommend that you document any conditions of your offer on this application form.

We will then review this application form with the Landlord, if the application is successful at this stage, then we will require a holding fee and our agency fees to process further.

Application accepted

Once your offer has been accepted we will proceed to:

Carry out credit checks
Carry out reference checks with current employers and current Landlords
Collect the balance of the first months rent and the deposit for the tenancy

Properties are only secured when all tenants have been successfully referenced and credit checked, a month's rent and bond have been paid in cleared funds, and all parties have signed a contract.

Completion

Upon completion you will be provided with:

A set of keys
Copy of your tenancies and invoices
Details of contact numbers for any emergencies and issues that may arise

Where cassini properties are managing the rented property, we will:

Provide a copy of an inventory for your records
Where we are managing the property, we will arrange for your deposit to be held with “The Deposit Protection Service”. Further details can be found at www.depositprotection.com
